One of the neat features I designed for the site is what will eventually be a full database of all Līve's albums, songs, and performances that one can rate and review. I've added all of the main albums and tracks (or at least I think I have), but we still need a bunch of their performances added. Also, if you have any info or better album art for any of the albums or tracks you can also become a "contributor" for that piece of music and update the info and upload new images such as scans that you have from your CDs.
One of the other neat things about the database is that I can customize it even further... so if you are updating an album or track with info and you think of a field of data and option choices are needed please let me know and I can add it to the database. It's going to be really neat once it's fully up and running.
So without further adieu here's a quick guide on how to use the database. As always please reach our or comment below if you have any questions.
Click on an album or track to get to its page and click the "write review" button. This will bring up a window where you can title your review, select a star rating, and write the text. I recommend popping the album on and listening as you write your review.
Soon all the best albums and tracks on the site will be rated.
If you're logged in there should be a link to "Update info". This will bring you to an option where you can hoin music item contributors team and that will allow you to edit the music's info such as changing any of the data associated with it. Do you have better album artwork that you can scan in? Do you have interesting information you want to share? Please keep in mind that all info is meant to be factual and not opinion as that is for the discussion threads or reviews. This goes hopefully without saying, but please do not sabotage the data on the listings on purpose or your will be suspended or banned.
We have most of the albums and tracks added to the database but we don't have many of their permances added yet. Please add your favorite Līve performances to the database and share it with the rest of us. Please do not add a performance again if it's already in the database. Also please remember that when adding a performance try to keep it as factual as possible in the info. Add the performance and THEN write a review with your opinion on it.

There are a bunch of fields I've added such as pulldowns with musicians, producers, etc. If I need to add people to the pulldowns please let me know. If there are any fields that aren't there please let me know and I can add them.
Also - certain tracks and albums are automatically keyword lined to their pages in the database. If you need me to add a keyword let me know as well.
